I ordered this in purple and it's a gorgeous color, bright but beautiful. The strap occasionally digs in your neck and there's not a ton of support. But for the price, it's great. Also the fabric is really soft. The only other thing is that it does seem a little baggy at the bottom.

This leotard is one of my favorite leotards. It is so comfy. It is great! Once I got it I rushed to go try it on! It feels really comfortable. I LOVE IT!

When I received this leotard, it went straight to the bottom of my drawer, due to the strange material - and stayed there almost a year. But then I found it a few weeks ago and gave it a try, and it's become my favourite leo. The material, once you get used to it, is super fast drying, and the style is flattering.

Much More Than The Price!

For only 13 bucks, this leotard is amazing! I bought a medium, and it's very stretchy and comfy. The best part is, there are no ties or clips to deal with, so you don't have to pull this up! It shows a little too much "stuff", and the butt is a little bunchy, but for 13 dollars (not even!) who can really say no?

I got the royal blue and it is very royal. But it is a perfect leotard. The material is great and soft and it fits comfortably.
Also, the cuts of the legs are great. They are a true ballet cut leg.

I love this leo, it is my favorite one I have. The fabric is so soft, and it stays that way even after washing it tons of times. The color hasn't faded yet and I throw it in the washing machine at least once a week. I have the black one and you could wear it with or without a bra. It's also really slimming which is nice :) Overall, a fabulous leotard!!!

I got this leotard in cobalt, and I love it. It is sooo comfortable, and the color is so vibrant! Also, the cut along the leg is great, it's not too high and it isn't too low. It also has great support (I'm a 34B) Some of my other friends have it, and they love it too! Buy this leo, it's absolutely fantastic :)

This leotard looks very nice. I've gotten many comments from it. The only problem is sometimes your neck starts to hurt if you've worn it for a while. And if you look really hard, it's kind of see-through but everyone else I've asked says it doesn't so I must be crazy. (I have the purple,fantastic color!). Oh, and when you're doing port de bras, it comes up but not far enough for you to show, just a little uncomfortable.

I love this leotard. It has a high enough neck so that you aren't revealing too much skin. Also, I love ballet cut leotards because then they don't ride up like gymnastics cut leotards. Halter tops usually do a good job of holding your body parts in place also. I also love all of the colors it comes in. And it's super cheap!

I borrowed this leotard from a friend who has like every color of this style. I thought she was nuts for raving so much about it. I wore the blue one for a show and got so many compliments I decided to buy it. The neck only hurt after wearing it for like 12 hours, but otherwise, it's super comfortable. I have a long torso and often get mediums, But the small fit me perfectly with even some space on the edges of the butt/legline. I think the color makes it a good simple leotard for some auditions where you're expected to do jazz.

Okay. Pros: It's better than going to class naked. Cons: rides up in the rear. "Cobalt Blue" is code for NEON BLUE (ick). Shelf lining offers almost no support. Material is thin and shows every bump and curve in, under and on your skin. Neck gets sore after wearing it for only an hour. Don't buy it unless you like "bouncing" around in class in a not-very-flattering leotard that makes your neck sore.
Oh well, at least it didn't cost much.

I thought I loved this leo but it is not at all supportive (I am a small B and large A). It is not supportive at all and I have to wear a sports bra under it. But if you can wear a shirt over it, it is very comfy.

I got this leotard in cobalt blue, and it was a VERY neon blue, pretty if you like bright colors. I thought it looked a little bit like a bathing suit, because of the high neck and shiny material. But overall, it was comfortable and a very classic looking leotard.

I had to send this back after I received it. I got it in cobalt blue, and it is BRIGHT blue...it looks like a swimming pool. All my other leos are the same size (L)...but this one in large was huge...no way I could have worn it even if I wanted to.

People are saying how thin this leotard is... well, it's actually very supportive and not very revealing at all! I got mine in purple. It's a very bright purple but nonetheless pretty, especially on blondes. The only bad part is that the strap kind of rides up your neck and leaves a mark.

I was very disappointed with this leotard. It looks lovely and very attractive when worn, but after the first washing, the elastic around the bottom shrank and became so loose that I could hardly do a plie without it slipping up uncomfortably on my bottom. I would love the leotard if it were not for this.

Very see-through. I am a A-cup and still had to wear a leotard underneath. However, the large strap accommodates another leotard very well. Also, it stretches out a lot in the torso. It was so see- through in black, I wouldn't ever consider white.

I got this in black, in a medium, I think, and other than the material and the price, I would not buy it again. I am 5'9" with a small A cup, and I HATE how this leotard makes me look absolutely flat. It also starts to hurt my neck after about half an hour. I absolutely love the material, but am not fond of the leotard overall. I am glad I only paid $12.55 for it.

Weird leg line

The leg line hardly qualifies as a ballet leg line; it's really curved and comes high up. This can be a good thing or a bad thing. For me, it's bad because it makes my hips look bigger somehow and against my tights they don't stay put. But, it does make your legs look longer.

I just ordered this leotard, and it took two days to get here! The color is really bright but lovely. I don't recommend the cobalt blue if your studio is strict on the color of your leotard. But I love it! The material is soft, warm, and just plain old comfortable. The only thing I didn't like is that you can see the line from the bra through the material. Other than that, I absolutely love this leotard!

This leotard is pretty good. I just got it and I love how it feels. It's soft and shiny. But it doesn't really fit me right. I got a large because I am 5'7 and 135 pounds. But the large is pretty loose. The halter on the neck isn't tight enough. Also, it's HUGE in the butt!!! I have a pretty big butt and it's still way too big. I have to wear something over it!!! Also, you can kind of see my tights line through it. OTHERWISE.. it's pretty good--for cheap.

Strange Fit

I read some reviews on here to buy a larger size because it fit small, so I bought one size up and wish I hadn't. The top is very large, but the leotard overall is a strange fit. I always wear it with some sort of shrug or sweater over it. I don't recommend this leo if you are tall with a long torso and very small up top (I'm an A cup and 5'7").

I love this leotard for jazz or modern or ballet, but only if you wear a skirt. I have noticed that without one, it makes my back look more arched, and as that is already a major problem for me, I don't need anything that will make it worse. Otherwise, it's awesome!

I just got this leotard in red because everyone said that it was a bright color, and it REALLY is. It's SO soft and comfy. The only thing is that because it's silk, the line of your tights show, but it's a wonderful leotard.

This was the cheapest leotard I've ever bought but my it's my favorite. It's so comfy and flattering. It doesn't really hug the body though. It kind of just goes from bust to tummy and doesn't touch anywhere in between. I love it though.

Worked in 42nd Street..

I just finished a run of "42nd Street" as a lead dancer and had to buy this leo as a base for our costumes. I was a bit nervous about sweating and wearing white, but this leo was awesome. It kept its shape throughout the show and didn't stretch out. I really liked the material (although it does take a while to dry out). I thought it was well lined in the top enough so I didn't have to wear anything under it, but some of the bigger chested dancers did. Overall, it's a great comfy "whatever" leo but not an audition piece or anything.

I love this leo! But you can't wear shorts or a skirt with it, or else you look like you have a very odd, fat, square figure, but without anything, it's great! And it's modest enough to wear it without shorts or a skirt. Doesn't pull that much on the neck, and offers great support. But I also recommend wearing tights that don't rest on or just above your hips because you can see them through this, so wear high rise tights. And I LOVE the color!!! I got purple, and for such a simple leo, I got SO many compliments!

Beautiful, rich red color. Strap at neck does not irritate or dig into skin, even after wearing it all day. The Nylon/Spandex is slightly less supportive than a cotton blend and not as great for those of us with large breasts.

I was not very happy with this leotard. First, I got the cobalt blue which is a lot brighter than in the picture. I had to send it back because it was too bright for my studio. It also didn't fit too well on me. I have an hourglass frame and it was not tight enough on my middle.

I ordered this leotard for camp this summer and wish I had bought more! It is super comfortable and easy to move in. The halter didn't pull on my neck and it stayed up very well on the sides of my chest, where other halters sometimes fall. Shelf lining gives support, yet isn't too bulky. GREAT BUY!

I love this leotard! I got it in cobalt blue which is brighter than the picture, but it is very pretty. The fabric is comfortable and the straps don't dig into your neck at all. Also, I ordered it on Tuesday and it came on Friday, very fast shipping. Definitely a must have leotard!!!

I got this leotard in red. I'll list the pros and cons.
Pros:
-soft, stretchy fabric
-vivid, beautiful color
-very very comfortable
-forms to your body
-no strain on neck
-higher back
Cons:
-longer straps (I had to take them in a little)
-not much shelf support
-mine was a teeny bit big for me, but still fine
All in all, this is a fabulous leotard, except for a few little things that probably were a problem just for me because, you know, everyone's fit is different! I also love that this leotard is so inexpensive, and it came just three days after I ordered it! I'm going to get more colors!

I just received this leotard and I love it! Others have said that it feels like swim suit material, which it sort of does, but it is much softer. I got it in the blue (which is MUCH brighter than the picture) and it is very pretty. It is also comfortable in class. It doesn't get gross and wet like some leotards. This is good for the summer when it's hot! It's definitely worth the inexpensive price!

This leo is nice but not perfect. The shiny fabric annoys me and although the strap doesn't cut into your neck, I like a lot of support and I feel that I have to keep pulling it up and adjusting it. Overall, it's pretty good for the cheap price.

Fast shipping, most definitely! I ordered mine on June 5th, and it came on the ninth! I ordered a black medium and it fits really well. The strap doesn't even dig into your neck! Buy every color!

I think it is important to give measurements so that other dancers can compare. I am 5'6" 110 lbs and a 34C and I have so much trouble finding a leo that fits. I know most are skeptical when buying halter tops, that the strap around the neck is not adjustable. This strap stretches slightly, yet is sooo comfortable. The back is high enough to wear a bra. I wear a strapless with one strap hooked around it for halter top support. The material is a wonderfully silky (think bathing suit) material and the leg openings give a little too, but are still comfortable. I have this leo in 4 colors, the cobalt blue (which is really bright) and the red, which is also very bright lifeguard-red, are my two favorites. For $12.55 you can't go wrong. I am a dancer for Disney Cruise Lines and I wear these for our intense rehearsals all of the time. Thank you, Discount Dance for prompt shipping, as well.

I was skeptical at first, to purchase this, because the material was not shown. I am extremely picky when it comes to fabric. I'll only wear the cotton kind--no poly/spandex for me! I decided what the heck. It was only $12 and looked nice in the picture. I bought it in the purple and was very disappointed when the fabric WAS the poly/spandex swimsuit-type material. The color was gorgeous though and it fit me like a glove. I just had to keep it. This leo's not my fav but, I wear it once and a while because of the fabulous color.

I first got this leotard in black, but I loved it so much, I got pink and red too! I am begging my mom to let me get blue, purple, and tan. Maybe white, but I don't want it to be see- through. If anybody has this leotard in white, it would be great if you could tell me if it's see-through. I recommend this leotard to all body types!

This halter is amazing! I like how high up it goes b/c sometimes, halters go down too low on me (I'm very small chested). It feels soft and forms well to your body, making an excellent shape. One caution though, the fabric is slick and I'm a bit hesitant to partner-I don't want him to slip and drop me!

This halter is very slimming, and the material is comfortable. My only complaint is that when I tried it on, the bottom was saggy. I do not have a small rear either, it is on the bigger side, which was kind of strange for this leotard. Since I am growing a lot, I do like this leotard because it is a little tiny bit big. I would reccomend dancers to buy it, especially ones who have bigger bottoms!

I got this leo in black and like it. It's pretty and slimming...the only thing is that the lining isn't really thick enough and my belt (we have to wear them at my studio) keeps slipping around because of the slippery material. The leg elastic is also a little weak. Other than that, I like it!

I love this leotard! I just got it in white. I was afraid that it would be completely see-through but I was glad to see that it wasn't! I have a very petite frame and it fit me extremely well. Greatest Ever for Non-Dancer Bodies!

I have this one in black and LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I am getting two more. SO excited to see it in the cheap section.
I have a small waist but large hips and butt and this leo makes me feel and look so skinny, I feel comfortable enough to go without a skirt or shorts! Everyone asks if I have lost weight when I wear it! Stays dry all class and washes without fading!
Very little pulling on the neck by the halter too!
Also, Danskin is the only brand I can wear because of my LONG girth (60 inches!) and the Medium fits perfectly!
I do cut out the shelf bra though.. I am only a B cup so it is unnecessary!
